The FEMA Public Assistance Process provides funding for local governments and eligible Private Non-Profit organizations to conduct effective long-term recovery. Unfortunately, many jurisdictions do not have a good understanding of this process and thereby fail to obtain, and retain, all the recovery revenue the community is eligible for.
