1. Where do I need to call concerning bids and bid openings?

All bid related inquiries should be made to the Purchasing Office. The Purchasing Office can be contacted at 724-228-6740.

2. When are daycare providers paid?

Payment for daycare services are processed for the week of the 15th each month.

3. How often are checks processed by the Controller's Office?

With very few exceptions, checks are processed weekly by the Controller's Office and issued from the Treasurer's Office each Friday.

4. Where can I call to find out the status of a payment or if I have a problem concerning payment?

The Controller's Office can be reached Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at 724-228-6800. Our office is closed on all County holidays.
