Commissioner Harlan G. Shober, Jr. hosted a contingency from the International Visitor Leadership Program on Monday, Aug. 25 as part of a multi-regional U.S. Foreign Policy and Energy Security multi-regional project.

The commissioner gave a presentation about local gas drilling and discussed the impact of the Marcellus Shale industry in our county.
